  • Advising and representing clients in Defective works claims involving breach of the Building Regulations and Approved Documents.
  • Representing many property owners in relation to subsidence caused by tunneling by a utilities company and a case involving damages for breach of an insurance contract brought by apartment owners whose properties were sinking.
